Residential Conveyancing - Paralegal/ NQ/ Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer NEW BUILD EXPERIENCE NORTH WEST Established in the area for over 150 years, our client is a well-known multi-office practice who have built a reputation for providing a constant level of excellent services. As demands continue, there is currently a need to join their highly skilled and successfully Residential Conveyancing department, and they are looking to appoint a confident and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, NQ, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to the team. Many of the Residential Conveyancing team have been with the firm a number of years which has allowed them to build up long standing relationships with clients across the region. The team's dedication to generating new instructions has resulted in increased workloads so the firm is eager to appoint an additional experienced residential conveyancing specialist to manage their own caseload of residential property matters. Your duties will include dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters and you will enjoy handling a varied caseload comprising sales and purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions, right to buy and shared ownership schemes. This role will also include handling new build properties , so experience of this will be essential for this opportunity. Alongside a healthy caseload, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to further growing the practice by undertaking business development, marketing and networking initiatives in order to increase your client base.
