Our client one of the UK's fastest growing law firms currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Operations & Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Job Purpose: Location - Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Glasgow Salary - Competitive salary Hours of work - Full time The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven knowledge and ability in Scottish residential conveyancing. You must be a qualified solicitor or paralegal to be considered for this role. The role will involve some element of travel within Scotland. Previous experience of case management systems would be an advantage. Key responsibilities: " Residential Conveyancing Panel Management " Administration of Conveyancing Portal " Deed Registration Compliance " Deeds Submission Compliance " Revenue Scotland Compliance " Support with external working groups / committees " Visual Files Case Management workflow and styles development " Process/ system changes to the residential conveyancing process " Management of capacity levels / audit.
