The Company: Our client is a well established British company Main duties: To manage the company’s general administrative activities and customer support The Role: To liaise relationships with all external stakeholders at the time of need, including police, doctors, etc. To liaise internally with management, accounts department and colleagues and ensure all information is up to date To have contact by phone in the Spanish market and deal with Spanish regulations To update customers details accurately on the system and process company paperwork To deal with customer enquiries and complaints To process orders and ensure on-time delivery To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs To manage general administration tasks The Candidate: • Fluent in English and Spanish (Excellent level in both required) • Previous experience as an Administrator or within customer service role • Excellent organisation skills and able to work under pressure • Adaptable, flexible and empathetic • Excellent communication skills • Computer literate (Excel, Word…) Salary: Up to £23K pa French Selection UK - The leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom.
