Asbestos Site Analyst - Leeds

Our client is a leading player within the asbestos industry and deliver excellent specialist asbestos services to clients across the UK. The company are offering an opportunity for an experienced and multi-skilled Asbestos Site Analyst in based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will hold the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates and will be experienced in carrying out site analyst duties such as 4 stage clearances and air testing duties. Applications from Bradford, Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience: Ideally, the applicant must have attained the P403 and P404 or the equivalent - RSPH certificates. Must have significant experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter. Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office package. Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos. Key Tasks: Carrying out asbestos smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing. Overseeing contractors carrying out removal work and ensuring all work is carried out to strict company guidelines and procedures. Producing comprehensive asbestos as and when required. Providing professional services to the company's mixed portfolio of clients. Liaising with the clients on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be focused, versatile and flexible, have good work ethic and have the ability to complete work within time frame. Must be flexible with regards to travelling.
