An interim 1st Line Support to provide a range of technical support to large IT company in Buckinghamshire £100 - £120 per day 3 month contract High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire UK Your new company We are recruiting for a 1st Line Support role to join our software company within High Wycombe. Established in 1993, we are renowned for I.T. support and services. Our passion for technology goes without saying, but equally important is the need to deliver outstanding service Your new role As a 1st line Support Engineer, you will work as part of our help-desk team operating as a technical advisor for Infrastructure and Applications used across the company. You will then use your knowledge of basic software configuration to directly deliver on your findings and support the other users across the company. What you'll need to succeed Your background of 1st line support in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success. Alignment with ITIL and an approach of continually improving will help you greatly in your role as you undertake technical projects. What you will get in return A 3 month contract with a view to extend for a further 3-months with a rate of up to £120 depending on experience.
