Job Title: Application Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line) Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE Vertex IT Solutions has an excellent opportunity to build and grow an application support team located in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot and investigate incidents. If you have any relevant or similar experience, please apply. Working within a 1st / 2nd line Support team you will be responsible for ensuring effective technical support is provided to all incidences from our client’s customers. You will be covering all aspects of our client systems / platform. You will contribute towards a highly professional team delivering support to customers. Candidate Requirements Minimum 12 - 18 months IT Support experience Strong foundation knowledge of core IT suites, MS Office and Windows. Great communications skills both written and verbal Customer-focused approach The ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms Experience in issue resolution to agreed service levels and targets The ability to self-organise and prioritise workload
