Casework Assistant needed for Hampshire County Council, £12 ltd an hour Start Date- ASAP Contract End date- 3 months initially Hours per week - 37 Pay rate - £12 ltd an hour Team - Special Education Needs Location - Winchester Description The Children's Services Department provides a high quality and effective range of services for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). •To ensure the delivery of a high quality special educational needs service within the framework of legislation and HCC policies and procedures. •To provide administrative support to the Caseworker and Special Needs Officer as appropriate arising from casework needs. •Providing administrative support to special needs caseworkers and SNOs as appropriate arising from casework needs •Taking a large number of phone calls on a daily basis as the first point of contact to the SEN Service What is required? •GCSE (A-C in English and Maths) or equivalent •Previous administrative experience •Experience in handling confidential material •Previous experience of working in SEN administration would be desirable If you are interested please call Jemma Molloy on 01772 208964 or email me your CV - jemma.molloyservicecare.org.uk If this role isn't right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
