3rd Line Support Engineer - Angel - Up to £40K DOE Role - 3rd Line Support Engineer Location - Angel Salary - Up to £40K DOE INTERVIEWING NOW - DO NOT MISS OUT My client is a well-established IT services company, providing an outstanding IT and security service to a growing number of clients throughout London. The last 12 months has seen rapid growth of 30% and they expect this trend to continue. Their current plan for 2019 is to grow the operations department to help drive improved efficiency, enhance productivity and provide better results for their customers. Their growth plans for next 5 years are aggressive and, as such, they need a dynamic person who can adjust to change easily, be accountable and work tirelessly to deliver the right outcome. They are now looking for individuals who are skilled at analysing problems in order to provide permanent design solutions to customer issues. Your Responsibilities: - IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems Support of disaster recovery solutions Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages Essential Skills: - Microsoft Office 365 (certified) Microsoft Desktop Windows 7/10 (Certified) Active Directory / Group Policy/ PowerShell / Azure Active Directory and Networking Strong Networking Skills and Experience (Routers Switches and Firewalls) Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 Microsoft Azure and Virtualisation Desirable skills: - SonicWALL (certified) Mimecast experience VB Scripting Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies VPN SSL's authentication with Active Directory Benefits: - 25 days Annual Leave Pension Healthcare If you are interested in this role and believe that you would make a great fit, then please get in touch as soon as possible by sending an up to date version of your CV in response to this email.
