Overview
My client, a specialist technical service provider, are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the Maidstone based team, this is to join a 3 month contract position. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with likeminded individuals on a daily basis. In applying for this role, you will have experience in working within IT Support , 1st Line Support, some 2nd Line support, Active Directory, VPN, DHCP, TCP/IP, great communication skills, ability to problem solve, great communication skills, be confident with dealing with customer enquires clearly and efficiently. Key Requirements: Experience in working in an IT Support role (Essential) Exposure to the following skills: TCP/IP Ethernet DNS Active Directory VPN DHCP Working with HP and Lenovo products previously MS Server 2012/16 Knowledge of supporting Exchange issues Full, clean driving licence is (Essential due to location) Ability to deal with problems quickly and efficiently Great telephone and communication skills Job role: Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to office end users Answering and logging all calls to the service desk Adhere to SLAs Handling IT Hardware issues and escalating to the 3rd line As an IT Support Engineer working with this company, the day rate will be between £90 - £100 per day for this 3 month contract .
