Sous Chef required for a Hotel in Shropshire. Salary is £25K - £30K. The hotel uses fresh food both locally sourced and from its own garden kitchen. You will create award winning dishes with produce you pick yourself. Accommodation is available and is about 2 miles away from the Hotel. The role: We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will use fresh produce, support the sections and run the pass. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a foodie chef, who loves fresh local produce and has experience at Sous Chef level. A strong Junior Sous Chef would also be considered for this role.
