Breakfast Chef

A Breakfast Chef is required to join the kitchen team of a hotel in Rutland Role: A strong Breakfast Chef is required to run the breakfast service at a popular hotel where you will be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis from 5am to 2pm.The hotel offers both a plated and buffet style breakfast service which you will be expected to create using good quality ingredients.As Breakfast Chef you will be working alone on the breakfast service but will then prep for the next day and assist the rest of the team of chefs with conference lunches, buffets and staff meals. Requirements: The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking for large numbers using fresh ingredients.It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
