Overview

A seasonal, part-time Breakfast Chef role is available at a hotel in Rutland Role: A Breakfast Chef is required to join the kitchen of a hotel to work from March to October which is the hotel’s peak season. In this role of Breakfast Chef you will be expected to carry out 6 hour shifts from 6am to 12pm three or four days a week according to your rota. The hotel needs a chef who can competently run the breakfast shift but also support the rest of the kitchen team with prep for the restaurant, weddings and functions taking place at the venue. Requirements: A chef who has experience working as a Breakfast Chef or has worked in a busy kitchen catering for large numbers whilst creating dishes from scratch onsite is needed for this role. It is important that you can remain calm in the kitchen whilst dealing with high cover numbers. An adaptable chef capable of support the rest of the kitchen team wherever needed would be ideal.
