Overview
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer for one of the UK’s most exciting FinTecch companies who are looking to further develop their security posture and network environment. Responsibilities: Provide security training to all staff within the organisation Carry out code reviews, spot vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for secure code. Ensure cloud platforms are kept secure Identify and remediate any threats towards platforms and systems Work alongside with Delivery Teams to ensure best practices are in place. Design, implement, support, and evaluate vulnerably management tools and services Assists with the design and implementation of long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining security controls. Experience: has an application development/coding background. Experience working with cloud environments (AWS) Experience working with application development to deployment Extensive understanding of OWASP Top 10 5 years’ experience understanding security risks, identifying gaps and creating strategies, cloud environment background and understanding of security credentials. Our client is looking for the suitable candidate to start in Mid-January.
