Junior Sous Chef Oxfordshire - 2AAR We are looking for a Junior sous in Oxfordshire to join the team at this multi award winning 17th century Gastro pub and rooms just north of Kidlington. The business is independently owned, offering fresh, seasonal, local AND organic produce to create classic British inspired dishes. With stone floors, open fires and 2AA rosettes in their restaurant, it’s no wonder this destination pub has a loyal following from both their locals and foodies across the country. As junior sous for at this Oxfordshire business you will work in a brigade of five and will help the head chef manage the Junior members of the team, therefor you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills across all sections in the kitchen. A passionate chef de partie with real drive to learn and progress their career would be perfect for this role. This junior sous chef role will see you working 40/45 hours a week (give or take), working both straight and split shifts. We are looking for a junior sous chef that’s passionate about cooking fresh, local produce who can really get behind what this fantastic pub & rooms is offering In return, a competitive salary of £26,000 plus £3,000 tips.
