Overview

We are looking for a new graduate to join our QC team based in Oxford (Kidlington), we are offering the chance to work with a range of laboratory equipment and grow as an analyst with us. This new job role as QC Junior Analyst will be to support the manufacturing QC functions, such as analysing incoming materials and products. You will ensure that the QC functions operate in compliance with GMP and GLP. The ideal candidate should have: · A degree in a science discipline. · Good communication skills – clear, and timely written & verbal communication appropriate to the given audience. · Some knowledge and technical competence within Quality department role. · A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel · The ability to work as part of a team · Identifies and prioritises assigned work - plans and organises their work and focuses on priorities · To have some knowledge/understanding of lab techniques and equipment (balances, pH meters, Disintegration & Dissolution equipment, UPLC, HPLC,etc). · To be able to conduct lab testing as required. · To manage day to day tasks under guidance of senior members of the QC department. · To be able to learn new Quality Assurance job duties (specifying quality requirement of raw material and final products, monitor all operations that affect quality etc.).
