Founded in 2000, Alderwood LLA (Living and Learning with Autism) provides residential care and supported living for young people and adults with autism and challenging behaviour. We offer a nurturing setting for our young adults and provide structured support that empowers them to learn, grow and achieve their goals. We have a number of residential homes that provide accommodation for up to six young people with complex autism based across Northamptonshire. We’re currently looking for a number of Support Workers to join Alderwood LLA and provide excellent care to our residents. As one of our Support Workers, you will provide a high level of support to residents. Taking a holistic, person-centred approach to care, you will: - Help to deliver bespoke care and learning plans - Assist with a range of leisure activities, including trips out into the community - Support our residents to increase their independence - Carry out domestic and catering duties Sounds great What do I need to apply? We have various hours available: Full time - working 36.5 hours per week. Rotas are 7:15am – 2:30pm and 2:15pm – 9:30pm with alternate weekends. Part time - working 21.75 hours per week. Rotas are 7:15am – 2:30pm and 2:15pm – 9:30pm with alternate weekends. Waking night - working 35 hours per week. Rotas are 9:15pm - 07:30am. Relief/bank and flexible working can be discussed. We are also able to offer this role on a three month contract.
