Account Coordinator - Graduate

Relative Insight ,
London, Greater London
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Overview

The Company Born out of a 10-year research project with Lancaster University’s linguistic and cyber security departments, Relative Insight originally designed its technology to support law enforcement agencies to identify paedophiles masquerading as children online. Today, we apply the same methods of language comparison to uncover crucial and unexpected differences in the way people talk. This then helps organisations inform new strategies to interact and communicate more effectively with their audiences. Our platform analyses data from any language asset to give transformative consumer insights, and our technology can change everything that a brand, organisation or agency think they know about their users. By running comparisons, we could start to help you understand exactly how certain groups of people talk/speak and how people talk tells you a lot about them. Examples – How do fans discuss the NFL in the US compared to the UK? How do millennials talk about buying phones compared to baby boomers? How do people talk about Fred Olsen cruises compared to their three main competitors? The Role The role of Account Coordinator is to support the Account Manager function with the onboarding, training and retention of Relative Insight clients, as well as contributing to client briefs. More strategically, you will be assisting on the entire nose to tail client experience, helping the team to drive client usage and to create a seamless experience across all aspects of the service. In this role you will also get a small number of clients to help develop your own commercial abilities. Onboarding - this part of the role is the heavy lifting up front with a new client, this involves understanding the reasons they have bought the tool by working closely with our acquisition team then agreeing a framework for success with the client – what do they need to achieve, why, what does good look like etc. Training - after onboarding the next item is a detailed and thorough training programme for all the users within the team, this can span weeks and months for larger clients and is a key element in relationship building and most importantly for driving adoption Admin and Processes – We are constantly improving the account management function and account coordinators play an important role in this through creating case studies to send out to clients and prospects, as well as Data Collection – data collection is a key part of an account coordinator’s role, using social listening platforms and locating useful forums.
