Graduate Executive Search Consultant – Finance/Private Equity Basic Salary – 25-30k Plus uncapped commission/bonuses Sector – Private equity backed finance firms Start-Date – Flexible Prime have recently partnered with an exciting executive search consultancy working in the finance space. The main purpose of this opportunity is to support and scale finance departments in Private Equity and Venture Capitalist backed businesses. My client work with companies in hyper-growth phases due to primarily, multiple successful rounds of private funding. You will be responsible for strategically connecting with investors and enabling partnerships with senior finance professionals. Why would you look into Executive Search? Executive search is a consultative sub sector of the recruitment industry. Our client specialise in finding the talent most agencies can’t reach due to the passive nature of your prospects. With an impressive background in the VC backed finance industry and a very strong market reputation, most of the clients you will be working with will be retained. Executive Search allows you to work on company mandates more strategically and consultatively than most agency work. You will need a high level of both academic and social intelligent to hold your own in a very client facing industry. This is an extremely tough and demanding role, the clients that you will be working with will expect a lot from you. You will be aiming to provide an exact fit to a niche role which will most likely come through directing your search at passive directors.
