Core Tech - C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server We currently seek a Tech Lead with a background in C# but willingness to be mostly hands off to manage an offshore client specfic development team and work with clients to implement their work. The role would be working on leading edge banking software. Key skills Experience in C# / .Net / HTML5 / SQL (enough to code) Experience configuring code in the .Net tech stack Ability to discuss options for configuration vs what needs to be pushed back to development team for coding changes Implementation skills – deployment of complex software/modules Solutions design Support building, documenting and testing of the technical solution Involvement in full delivery lifecycle – delivery through to go-live and warranty/support Person profile Confident team worker – ability to work internally with PMs/BAs as well as delegate to offshore teams Ability to lead on the technical areas of deployment when needed Good communicator – able to articulate features of the product Analytical thinker – ability to spot technical issues Interested?
