If so we need you We are looking for an experienced customer support analyst to join a friendly team in the heart of Leeds where you will be the first point of contact for customer queries both over the phone and via webchat. The hours of work are 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Main duties - Delivering outstanding customer service both over the phone and via webchat where you will be responding to technical queries Resolving any issues that customers are having in a timely manner Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in order to resolve queries Prioritising a busy workload Juggling multiple tasks at the same time Assisting with training and asset audits as and when required Seeing an issue through from start to finish The ideal person will have - Previous office based customer service experience with a passion for helping people Logical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems Able to work well under pressure and juggle a busy workload Excellent IT skills Confident at building relationships with people both over the phone and in person Strong work ethic and positive attitude The company offers - Great working hours City centre location Fantastic career progression opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases with service Pension
