Customer Service Advisors needed urgently to start ASAP £9.30 per hour 3 months minimum with potential for permanent role We are recruiting for 2 separate locations - Central Leeds and White Rose area The UK nation needs your help - We would love to talk to candidates who would describe themselves as people orientated, caring and naturally compassionate people…. If this sounds like you, we need you Our client is looking for people that will be based in a busy call centre environment. To put your mind at rest…Social distancing will always be followed and only "every other" desk is now in use. In addition, hourly cleaning will take place following all government guidelines to adhere to strict H&S requirements. You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls - talking to customers whilst completing a detailed questionnaire. You may need to refer them to another department too. The offices are spacious and modern with plenty of parking available nearby. This is your opportunity to give back and support the public during this testing time. These roles are to start straight away. Some more details: - Shifts Must be able to work the following shifts: 8am to 5pm and 11am to 8pm Working 2 weekends per month with 2 days off in the week The Job Answering between 80-120 calls per day Following a script to ask precise questions Update the internal system with customer information Make referrals when necessary General Administration Experience Ideally you will have some sort of customer service work history either face to face or over the phone Must be proactive and hard working Must have strong communication skills and be clearly spoken Must be empathetic and a team player You will be required to have a Basic DBS check for this role This role is to start immediately, so please apply straight away and Amber Chatt or Hayley Bowgen will call you to discuss the vacancy and talk you through next steps.
