Overview

Elevation Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity reporting to the Hire Desk Manager to provide excellent customer service and to develop business by aiming to convert all enquiries into hire business This role is a new role within the business and has been created due to internal promotion. Duties to include: - Be the first line of contact for customers - Opening new accounts and checking credit worthiness - Coordinate logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints - Sell extra's to maximise profits - Negotiate rates within the guidelines - Chase quick quote business working in conjunction with sales engineers Experience and Attributes required for this role: - Previous experience or exposure to a hire desk environment - Telephone and communication skills are essential - Be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic Word, Excel and Outlook skills Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
