Learning Support Assistant

We Care Recruitment Solutions is currently working in partnership with a local charity within their Education Centre and are in search of Learning Support Assistant’s to join their team on a temporary basis. We have on going roles available and roles to cover on an ad hoc basis The ideal candidate must be confident and have some experience of supporting young adults who may have learning disabilites to support them to acheive goals within a further education setting. Requirements for the role of Learning Support Assistant: Experience in a classroom environment Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and students. Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
