CNC MILLER 5 AXIS HUNTINGDON £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience My Client based Huntingdon are currentyl recruitng for a CNC 5 AXIS MILLER as well as a CNC MILLER SUPERVISOR They will also consider a CNC MILLER SETTER OPERATOR JOB PURPOSE setting and operating 5 AXIS machines running off-line programs online programming and editing Inspection of components using analogue and digital handheld measuring equipment operating and prgramming touch probes Reading engineering drawings Tool Setting machine alignment checks manual machining operations communicating and recording information and instructions Key Responsibilites 5 Axis Machine Operation, Including Tools setting and checking Part Setup Operation of Fanuc Controller Running off-line programs Creating and editing programs Inspecting parts to engineering drawings Reading engineering drawings including understadning geometric tolerancing Ad hock jig and fixture creation Loggins hours on route cards carry out daily maintenance checks machine maintenance Ensure that quality is maintained to specific requirements to provide clear communication and instructions to team members and to all other departments to ensure that all materials are used efficiently and recorded as required fully comply with company policies including Health and Safety Salary is competitive depending on experience CNC Miller 5 Axis Setter Operator programmer / CNC Miller Supervisor / CNC MILLER SETTER OPERATOR INDCNC CNC MILLER / CNC MILLING / CNC PROGRAMMING / FANUC / 5 AXIS / CNC SETTER OPERATOR
