Job Title - Receptionist/Administrator Salary - Up to £25,000 depending on experience Hours - 9.30am to 7pm on a rota 37.5hrs per week plus two Saturdays in four - days off in lieu Location - London W1 near all amenities and transport Type of role -Permanent Start - Immediate Our client is a global company who deal in the excellence of research diagnosis and treatment of hair and scalp disorders developing a unique care system for their private patients. Due to expansion we are seeking an receptionist with admin and private healthcare experience who has worked within an administration and reception role, patient facing to join their London clinic based in the West End. The role consists of front of house reception dealing with patients on a daily basis, coordinating some office activities and operations to secure efficiency Consultant of the clinic, being able to promote services and consult with patients once training has been given to the right bright candidate Working with other administrative staff and sharing responsibilities to ensure performance Managing phone calls and correspondence, managing agendas, travel arrangements and appointments Tracking office supplies ensuring they are ordered and stocked Updating the database, You must have proven office experience as an administrator within healthcare Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills MS Office experience Some secretarial experience would be a huge benefit for this role Diploma within administration/secretarial/BSc/BA would also be a benefit but not essential If you have the above and are seeking a new opportunity send us your CV and we shall respond.
