Overview

The role is to work 40 hours a week as part of a team of three persons. Carrying out the below tasks. There is working away at times but this is kept to a minimum and there may also be the need to travel and work nights on occasions. Ideally based near or within commute of Irvine. Brief description Carry out PPM visits as per schedule set by SD facilities Work away 3-4 nights a week (depending on store areas) if required Liaise with store managers to prioritise works reported in store on SD reporting system Ensure works are to a high standard Work towards SD average budget set for ppm Keep facilities manager and supervisor up to date with any issues Always work safely wearing correct PPM following company guidelines/training Before and after photos to be taken on every PPM visit Works normally carried out on PPM visit – Door repairs Lighting Repairs Flooring repairs Painting works Unitary repairs High level dusting/cleaning Emg light repairs/Test Pat Testing Hot water Checks Shelving repairs Carry out FRA repairs works as request by SD compliance General instore repair works Clean AC filters
