Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required for a manufacturing company in North Ayrshire. Search are delighted to be working on another job for this great organisation. You'll be carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of machines & equipment around the factory. They work with some of the worlds best known brands and produce a huge amount of products each week. As such, having the best trained maintenance staff on site to keep things running smoothly is absolutely vital. As a mechanical maintenance engineer, you'll be responding to breakdowns, reducing down time and optimising production output using lean/continuous improvement. To be considered for this role, you should have experience working as a Mechanical Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer within a FMCG company and also have a HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or be a time-served Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience.
