Overview

Excellent Accounts Payable Officer position Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruited for an Accounts Payable Officer position for a not-for profit organisation in Lincoln. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for posting invoices and credit notes onto the system. You will prepare weekly international and additional payment runs. You will ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner. You will process bank transactions, prepare monthly and weekly reports and work alongside colleagues across all departments to ensure the accounts payable records are up to date. You will be working in the Accounts Payable team and reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have recent and relevant Accounts Payable or Purchase ledger experience. You will require mid to high volume purchase ledger processing experience. You will need to be on a short notice period as the client is requiring someone to start as soon as possible. You will need to be highly organised individual with a methodical approach and excellent communication skills. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary.
