Overview

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for our client based in Lincoln on a permanent full time basis. They are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their amazing team in a varied and exciting position. The role requires a all round Accounts Assistant who is able to work efficiently and off their own initiative with a varied workload. Duties and responsibilities will include: - Incoming and outgoing mail - Stationery orders - Entering purchase and sales invoices onto Sage Accounts - Responsible for sales and purchase ledgers and reconciliations - Ensuring all purchase invoices are correctly authorised prior to payment - Raising of sales invoices - Credit control - Banking and Bank reconciliations - VAT Returns - Keeping HR records up to date - Accruals and Prepayments - Preparation of Payroll for submitting to external Accountants - Adhoc Excel Spreadsheets Skills and Experience: - 3 to 5 years experience within an accounts department - AAT Level 3 - Experience in Sage Accounts - Strong Computer skills - Competent in Excel and Word - Well organised and efficient - Good communication skills - Ability to maintain a strong relationship with customers and suppliers The successful candidate should be passionate, motivated, organised and efficient with a can do attitude. You will also have experience working within a team and be a good team player. It is essential you have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. The Salary will be £20,000-£24,000, they also offer onsite parking and a number of benefits.
