Trainee Consultant We are looking for graduates who are switched on, confident and money motivated. The Trainee Consultant Position will be the first step in your recruitment career. The role is focused on learning and development and will focus on 3 key areas: the Recruitment Lifecycle, your Defined Market and the core behaviours and habits of successful recruiters. Throughout this period you will go through a learning process and become an experienced recruitment consultant and, over time, will grow into either a Senior Recruitment specialist or a fully-fledged team manager.
