Overview
Rubix have been instructed on a search for a Block Manager, to join a leading global client who operate in both a residential and commercial capacity. You will be responsible for overseeing a prime portfolio based around Kensington. Due to the size of the company, you will be offered the opportunity for long-term career development, surrounded by support from individuals with a vast amount of experience and knowledge within block management. The client is a market leader within the sector and pride themselves on their unrivalled service which you will be expected to provide. Responsibilities include; Ongoing management of a prime portfolio Quarterly site inspections with relevant reports to complement Liaising with residents and leaseholders on a regular basis alongside chairing AGM’s Overseeing the section 20 process Working closely with your team to provide efficient service deliver The client also have the capacity to be able to provide extensive back office support from legal and accounts admin teams allowing you more time to focus on providing top-level service. I am searching for individuals with the following attributes and skills; A minimum of 3 years’ experience within block management Preferably industry relevant qualifications Ability to work effectively within a team Salary; £38,000 to £45,000 plus corporate benefits package.
