Overview
Senior Broker / Client Manager - Treaty Reinsurance - City of London - £60,000 to £100,000 package An opportunity to develop your career with one of the largest, independent Lloyds (re)insurance risk specialists and broker. You will deliver a market leading service to both clients and insurers. Work effectively with new and existing clients to identify risks and understand requirements in order to create bespoke coverage solutions.Provide guidance and support to clients, maintain open lines of communication and devise innovative solutions to issues, thus building strong and trusted relationships. Identify appropriate markets and reinsurers, create market presentations. Present new & renewal treaty proposals and negotiate with underwriters on behalf of clients in order to secure the best possible terms and cover that is suitable for the clients needs. Develop and maintain positive relationships with London Market and overseas carriers to ensure the widest selection of placement possibilities. This is a senior position and will suit a market professional with extensive experience of placing a cross-section of different classes of treaty reinsurance and retrocession business. Strong relationships with reinsurance underwriters will be essential, together with proven client management skills.
