Overview
Scrum Master Corsham SC Cleared / SC Eligible Scrum Master required for well-established, growing, global business. As an organisation they pride themselves on delivering excellent training and development to all their staff, you will be an integral part of the team working on a number of high profile government projects. Candidates with experience running large scrums of cross functional technical teams are invited to apply. You will feel confident communicating with clients and delivering functional products to clients on time. As a Scrum Master, your expertise will lie in estimating and planning sprints, and you will have demonstrable experience tracking and removing impediments. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development, specifically the use of SAFe/Agile/Scrum to meet client goals. Candidates with proven experience working with project delivery teams, implementing CI/CD, DevOps and the development user-centred design will be at an advantage. As this role spans across client management and the collaboration of multiple operational teams excellent communication skills are key. Your day to day activity will involve the management of day to day of scrum ceremonies. As a Scrum Master you will be accountable for supporting, coaching and safeguarding the team whilst driving the efficiency of the scrum. Within the role you will resolve sprint blockers and work closely alongside Product Owners and Delivery Managers to plan and manage sprint workload.
