Overview

Data and Integration Manager - Location base can be across the North West. Data and Integration Manager for this North West based organisation is required, to play a critical leadership role for the digital transformation and implementation of a product approach, aligned to business capabilities. The Data and Integration role will be responsible for effective data, analytics, integration governance and leadership which will drive business benefits linked to improved insight, situational awareness and reduced time to market, while improving the openness of that data and unlocking its value internally and externally. As the Data and Integration Manager you will lead the organisation’s integration and data strategy by facilitating and driving alignment among key stakeholders on a data, API and integration strategy, vision and roadmap Define and maintain the data, integration and API strategy and roadmaps; define and implement reference, master and meta data practises; define and implement API principles, standards and policies in collaboration with the rest of the Strategy and Architecture team by defining which business capabilities and outcomes the platform should support. Establish and mature a product line approach in collaboration with the Senior Product manager’s, Enterprise Architects and the Head of Strategy and Architecture. Manage the data and integration platform budget, once established, in consultation with stakeholders by balancing resources across research, testing, visioning, prototyping new components and maintaining and enhancing the existing data and integration platform. Collaborate and coordinate with the strategy, delivery and architecture teams to manage the flow of new ideas to develop the platform. Bring the data, API and integration platform to market by ensuring the company is prepared to deliver and service the platform throughout its life cycle ensuring that that he company can deliver and support the entire business capability – people, process and technology. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as much of the following experience as possible: Creation, delivery and implementation of a data Strategy Expertise in Data, Analytics, Insights, Business Intelligence, Integration and API’s.
