Overview
Are you a Recruiter with creative recruitment experience and have recruited across PR, Social Media and Account Management roles? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can bring passion for Talent Acquisition? An amazing opportunity has arisen for a seasoned recruiter to join a high profile, international PR agency in the heart of London. A first recruitment role for the agency, as Talent Acquisition Manager you will have scope to develop a strategic approach to direct recruitment and embed a robust process into the business. Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for creating and managing the full recruitment process across the agency. You will build an extensive talent pipeline for future resourcing needs, proactively source and present candidates to business directors and meet agency KPIs. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, be a solid relationship builder and be a true ambassador for the brand. Although focus is on the end to end recruitment, this has the scope to look at wider Talent projects. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience recruiting across PR roles either from in-house or agency background. You will have an extensive network and knowledge of the PR industry whilst being a strong team player who can also work alone and use their initiative to be totally accountable for driving results. This opportunity will either suit a high performing PR recruiter looking to transition in-house or a Recruitment Manager already operating within the PR and Communications industry.
