Registered Children's Manager - Children's Residential Home £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE) Doncaster, South Yorkshire Compass Associates are happy to announce that we are working closely with a long standing and well established health care provider. We are assisting them with their search for an ambitious registered manager with previous work history in a similar role. They must also have a passion for providing exceptional service and have an extensive level of experiences in order to satisfy Ofsted. Requirements Proven Knowledge of Ofsted Strong leadership skills to implement the vision and strategy of the company Previous experience within a complex needs home Turnaround experience preferred Location The home is located in Doncaster and is easily commutable via car and public transport.
