Overview

Our client, an investment management firm, is looking for an Office Manager with strong admin skills for a 6 months contract. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual comfortable working with numbers and able to support with fund management reporting. You will be supporting a team of 20 with diverse admin duties and financial reports. The team is busy yet friendly and is looking for someone who will thrive in this environment. You will be: - Supporting with general admin - Supporting the COO and the Partners with funds management, compliance and procedures reports - Managing the office: setting up meetings, placing orders, arranging couriers, managing mail - Producing quarterly reports and supporting with marketing material - Arranging travel for the team - Managing team expenses - Processing Invoices - Coordinating events in London (finding venues and arranging catering) The requirements: - Strong admin skills and some experience as an Office Manager - Previous exposure to investment management would be a plus - Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills required N.B: For this role Angela Mortimer is acting as an employment business.
