Overview

I am currently partnered with an inspiring Communications agency who are in a position where they are looking to add a Talent Partner on to their HR team. The role is suited to someone who has a strong background working with within a creative agency. The HR department is a small dynamic team with the mission to recruit, develop and retain the best talent in the industry. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the best talent is recruited on time and to budget. They will have the remit of building and exploiting direct recruitment channels and for delivering against our talent strategy. Continued business growth will give the right person an opportunity to grow and develop within the business and to make this role their own. Main responsibilities Recruitment - Take responsibility for the delivery of the permanent and freelance recruitment process, with a focus on recruiting the best talent in the industry. - Pro-actively build industry knowledge and use this to conceive and execute innovative recruitment campaigns and involved within the D&I remit. - Build and exploit direct recruitment channels to ensure that the best candidates are recruited at the lowest cost, generating a reduction in recruitment fees. - Build relationships with recruitment agents to ensure that they have a clear brief and provide us with their best candidates. - Regularly review our recruitment agency PSL, making recommendations on the best value suppliers to work with. - Liaise with managers to develop role profiles and adverts, organize interviews, collate feedback and ensure that the recruitment process has momentum. - Keep recruitment tracking databases, freelance database, speculative CV databases and recruitment costs databases updated. - In conjunction with the HR intern, manage the jobs email to ensure that candidates are progressed through the recruitment process. Person The ideal person musts have resilience combined with experience within account management. They will be frequently be involved with influencing key stakeholders within the business. They will take the load of the HOD and actively recruit with a pipeline of strong talent.
