Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Block Property Manager to join a thriving property company. Our client are growing rapidly and need a customer focused and driven individual to join the team to accelerate growth plans. What we look for: We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Property Manager with at least a couple of years’ experience managing Residential Blocks. It is essential that the individual thrives working within a team and has fantastic organisational skills. What you’ll do: Day to day management of a large Build to Rent residential block including: Manage maintenance of block and assist with the project management of associated internal and external works Management of H&S, FRA, Asbestos and all other legal requirements Ensure all blocks have up to date H&S and FRA including appropriate signage Liaise with relevant professionals to ensure adherence to relevant regulations Manage and produce accurate budgets and monitor expenditure Effectively manage any insurance claims Excellent package on offer
