Overview
DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD An exciting vacancy haS arisen within our clients Administration Team based in Warwick. We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious team player to work as part of an established team supporting the needs of their customers. Administrator Main Responsibilities: • Data input • Process payments; ad hoc chargeable and contract renewals • Set jobs ready for invoicing • Complete Excel spreadsheets accurately • Post room duties • Close down engineers work • Apply a continuous improvement outlook on all tasks undertaken • Answer inbound telephone calls from customers Our client is looking for: • Good interpersonal skills - dealing with internal and external customers • Sound literacy and numeracy skills • Good knowledge of Excel including formulas and v look ups • Good general PC skills, knowledge of Windows • Able to use initiative • Problem Solver • High attention to detail • Team Worker • Good customer service skills If you are interested in this position please email your CV along with a short covering letter to explain why you think you would be ideal for the role.
