The Opportunity A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for Experienced Ground Handlers to work at Oxford Airport. Do you want to work for an airport that is leading the way in regional and business aviation whilst enjoying your day working with a friendly team then this is the job for you As a Ground Handler at London Oxford Airport you will be central to providing the link between the West End of London and the Midlands. Situated in the affluent heart of Oxfordshire the airport provides an exceptional level of Customer Service to all its Passengers. Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional high standards in the provision of smooth, timely and accurate processing of aircraft refuelling/servicing, in accordance with CAP 748, JIG4 and EASA. Your Main Duties Baggage Handling Aircraft Refuelling Aircraft Marshalling Aircraft Toilet Servicing Aircraft Towing Essential Criteria Full driving licence Must be able to do heavy lifting (no upper age limit just fit and healthy) Be able to provide 5 years checkable history and Criminal Record Check. Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills IT Skills Excellent Telephone Manner A good all rounder to be able to deal with passengers, crew and airport authorities in a professional manner. Desired Criteria LGV Licence would be desirable Hours & Shifts This is a permanent position 40 hours per week (enhanced over after 40 hours) 8 hours per day. A series of earlies/late shifts No Nights Benefits Salary of £25,000 pa Overtime paid over 40 hours at time and a half Free Uniform Auto Enrolment Pension Career progression and training Parking PLEASE NOTE THIS VACANCY IS IN OXFORD AIRPORT NOT HEATHROW.
