Part Advisor Vehicle Sales Basic: £23,000 - £25,000 Are you looking for a new career that combines your love for vehicles and sales? Do you have a passion for outstanding customer service? Our client is looking for an experienced Part Sales Advisor to join one of the country’s most Prestigious Automotive Dealers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and will be well versed in customer service. We value our customers and will be looking for people that can build fantastic rapport to ensure that they return again and again. What will your day look like? · To receive all enquiries for parts, over the workshop/retail counters or by phone, ensuring that all orders are promptly and accurately despatched. · To ensure that all invoices/credit notes produced are accurate, with order numbers recorded where required · Deliver outstanding customer service to our new and existing clients · At all times to promote the best interest of the company, when dealing with colleagues, customers or the manufacturer · To ensure that where possible non-stocked parts are obtained from group stocks, in preference to the manufacturer/outside suppliers. What we are looking for: · Stable work history · Full Drivers License - Not Essential But Preferred · Target Driven and Self Motivated · Outstanding customer service and rapport building skills · Presentable · IT Literate . Previous experiance What we have to offer: · Basic salary: up to £25,000 · Hours: Mon – Fri – 08:00 – 18:00 and Saturday 07:00-13:00 (1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off) · Amazing opportunity to develop your career
