Throughout this Payroll role you will be working closely with key stakeholders in assiting with their payroll system. Description The Payroll Clerk - Interim will be responsible for: Working closely with key stakeholders to assist with the payroll onto the global payroll system. Creating and updating detailed standard operating procedures. Having excellent time management and clear communication skills are pivotal in succeeding throughout this role. Dealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently. Maintaining information in accordance with company requirements. Maintaining up to date working knowledge of company requirements in area of responsibility. Advising colleagues on any changes that have occured or may occur. Profile The successful candidate for the Payroll Clerk - Interim requires: Excellent systems skills and very quick to pick up new processes. For example, Excel - Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Macros. The ability to quickly recognise situations and areas for improvement. Proven experience of payroll administration throughout previous roles to date. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines. Being able to come in and fit in well the team. Having that drive and 'can-do' attitude is crucial in order to progress within this business. Experience in a fast pace environment would be advantageous.
