Overview

A leading Not for Profit organisation based in central London are looking for a Conference and Events Production Manager. You will be responsible for working within a team delivering the Society’s conference and events programme. The role will be mainly event project management – delivering all elements of the conferences and events. You will also be required to assist on focused research for conference programmes, speaker research and strategic direction of the events. You will work closely with key stakeholders to assist on the annual programme of events Research target audiences for sponsorship opportunities Responsible for logistics for the events – working with 3 rd party suppliers, venues, overseeing budgets and onsite delivery.
