Can you demonstrate a strong track record in an implementation role? Have you completed projects with a focus on inventory management? If so we would love to hear from you. Due to our reputation and strong brand we have successfully secured many new projects which means more onsite presence within our customer sites. Due to this we now need to increase our implementation team to support this ongoing growth. Our Implementation team work nationally supporting the clients and our new onsite team to get up and running. From initial conversations to ‘go live’ you will be there representing our brand and delivering against the companies SLA agreement. Specific measures of success as an Implementation Manager: What you need: Demonstrative experience of working within this role with a strong focus on project management is key for success. IT Skills: The ability to use IT packages proficiently with the ability to train other team members on software packages. Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Day-to-Day & Essential Skills Required to Fulfil the position of Implementation Manager: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and client staff. Performance Monitoring and Management of services against contracted Service Level Agreement metrics or KPIs Achieving a high level of Customer Satisfaction, producing and enacting recovery action plans if service delivery is not meeting expectations Ensuring the Financial health of the contract, managing revenues and costs within agreed budgets and forecasts Effective communication with clients and across organisational boundaries - from engineers through to senior managers - getting things done, make things happen. Ensuring operations teams are aware of the scope of support services to be provided and have the required information in their possession. Act as a point of escalation for Service failures, with the authority to pull in additional resources when needed e.g. specialist teams or people for specific issues / opportunities Communication and transition management of changes to ensure awareness and preparedness of all stakeholders. Keeping and providing an accurate log of all proposals in the CRM system including revenue and margin figures, key stakeholder contacts and customer intelligence and managing a detailed implementation plan per customer project to give clarity and guidance of task ownership throughout the whole implementation process. Skills & Experience Required: · Strong implementation experience with an inventory management background or MRO/PPE setting. · Willing and able to work nationally. · Self-motivation and flexibility are required to ensure that all levels of the business have a high degree of confidence in our ability to manager the services on time and in full. · Good oral and written communication skills are essential to ensure all parties associated with the implementation have a clear picture of where the project is.
