Overview
Use your experience of implementing payroll software solutions for clients of a HCM / Payroll software vendor or consultancy in this interesting and varied role for a reputable company embarking on new directions. Engage with clients, gather requirements, configure solutions, advise on best practice, test and manage parallel runs and ensure on time and on budget payroll solutions delivery that more than meet customer expectations. An exciting time to join a growing team with cutting a edge Saas / cloud solution for payroll, HR and WFM. Home based in any UK location, with travel to sites for meetings. Broad salary band of c £40k to c £60k plus bonus and bens as we are looking for a number of people at all levels. You must have: experience of delivering payroll implementation projects to external clients of a software vendor or consultancy strong customer managment skills, ensuring on time on budget delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction excellent payroll familiarity - software, rules, processes and legislation good hands on skills for configuring and testing solutions a desire to play a significant role in a fast growing team. You will work from home, attending client sites for meetings, with up to 30% onsite time on average.
