Full Stack Developer - Node/Python/JavaScript - Southampton/Hampshire £40,000 - £57,000 Package Please note that my client cannot offer VISA sponsorship Your new company This long-standing education services institution is looking to expand it's in-house technical team as part of a Digital Transformation Programme by adding a hands-on Full Stack Developer. The position will be based from their head office location in Central Southampton, with direct transport links to most of Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and London (1.5 hours away). Your new role This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their pioneering digital transformation programme which is about to enter a new phase. You'll be joining a large agile multi-disciplinary and co-located team dedicated to developing a new user-centred information and support services for many of their users groups. This project is fast-paced and hugely ambitious. They need someone to be in the driving seat of development to design. The team run Agile and believe in patterns for software design used appropriately so adhering to high standards will be paramount in the role. The organisation is intertwined with the Southampton community and boast strong staff retention rates with a guaranteed progression path available. What you'll need to succeed You'll have demonstrable experience of working on complex projects using agile methodologies and user centred design thinking. You'll also have proven experience to integrate the back and front end seamlessly, creating a frictionless experience for their user. You should be highly skilled at developing innovative digital products and services that meet user needs and are able to work with tech teams in a varied and multidisciplinary environment.
