Embedded Software Engineer Our client is one of the leaders in designing, manufacturing and installation of professional broadcasting equipment. With close attention to detail and an experienced workforce, their quality is second to none. With continuous growth, and ambitious growth plans this year, they're now looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join them on their journey. Product development: Definition of feature requests from customers (internal and external) Validation (testing) requirements Align development activities with engineering roadmap and marketing projections Embedded software development: Embedded software: development, testing, bug resolution, documentation Champion the use of new tools and technologies, in line with cost and time saving objectives Engineering team: Take part in product release activities Help resolve issues through our process Support production and customer support when appropriate Coach occasionally graduates and interns Qualifications & Experience: B.Sc. or post-graduate degree in computer science, electronics, robotics or similar Programming languages, primarily C / C++ Real time coding and debugging techniques At least one RTOs TCP/IP programming (TCP and UDP sockets) MPLAB or at least one other IDE Microcontroller interfaces e.g. UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC Network protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89898128
