Overview
Embedded Software Engineer C/C++ required to join a growing company developing new products in wind sensor range. You should have experience in high reliability software design and verification and knowledge of Assembly language and Embedded C as well as familiarity in IAR design tools, ARM and TI MSP microcontrollers. Candidates should have a degree in Electronic Engineer, Computer Science or Embedded Development, a further qualification such as MSc would be an advantage. Embedded Software Engineers should also have the following skills and experience • Evidence of in-depth and practical industry experience in software design and software Q.A. control • Solid experience in design and test of high reliability code • In-depth knowledge of embedded C and C++ • Familiarity with all aspects of Software Q.A. • Experience with software development and support for a high technology manufactured products • Experience of PC application development with C# or other high level .NET Visual Studio programming language • In-depth knowledge of electronic hardware, firmware and software. • Knowledge of integrated circuit interfacing and digital and analogue communication systems at a design level • Knowledge of RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial communications and I2C and SPI protocols This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced embedded softwere engineer to join a fast growing company that is providing leading edge applications for sensors and devices.
