Overview
Our client, a boutique Financial Planning business, based in Central London, is looking for a new Broker for their busy Mortgage Division. There are numerous leads, with average loan size of circa £500K, which come from the Director of Mortgages, the Financial Planning team and referral. Currently, there is limited focus on Protection business and there is, therefore, an opportunity for the new Broker to also make their mark in this field if desired. The firm is keen to bring somebody in at a relatively junior or trainee level, and to invest resource in training and developing them. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Mortgage environment, as an underwriter, administrator or as a junior or trainee broker. FULL CEMAP QUALIFICATION IS ESSENTIAL You will need to be hard working, ambitious, driven and hungry to earn good money. The role is employed with a basic salary of up to £29K depending on experience. Additionally there will be a generous bonus system, allowing unlimited earnings capacity. This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for somebody with Mortgage experience looking to make a transition into Sales.
